Feature Guide

HRV Monitor

Real-time electrocardiogram-style waveform visualization. Displays four key metrics: HRV Coherence ℜ (0–1 scale), Mirror Constant 𝕄, Field Impedance Z_M, and Heart Rate in BPM. The waveform updates continuously and reflects the Afolabi Field coupling state.

Camera PPG

Photoplethysmography (PPG) via your webcam. The system samples the red channel intensity from the center of your face at ~12fps. Micro-fluctuations in skin color caused by blood flow create a measurable pulse signal. From this, BPM and HRV are computed using peak detection and RMSSD (Root Mean Square of Successive Differences).

Tip: For best results, ensure good lighting on your face and minimize movement. Place your finger over the camera for higher-accuracy PPG.

Breath Coherence

Microphone audio is analyzed via Web Audio API with a 2048-sample FFT. The amplitude envelope tracks your breathing cycle. Respiratory rate is computed from peak intervals. The 0.04–0.15 Hz band (the HRV coherence band) is highlighted on the spectrum.

Guided Breathing

An interactive breath pacer that expands and contracts a circle on a 10-second cycle (5s inhale, 5s exhale = 6 breaths/min). This 0.1 Hz frequency is the resonant frequency of the cardiovascular system. Breathing at this rate maximizes baroreflex sensitivity and HRV amplitude.

Coherence Mandala

A sacred-geometry visualization that dynamically responds to your live HRV ℜ. Higher coherence = more rings, brighter colors, larger radii. The mandala serves as a meditative focus object — watching it respond to your internal state creates a bio-feedback loop.

Sonification

Translates HRV coherence into a continuous audio tone via the Web Audio API. High coherence (ℜ ≥ 0.7) produces a harmonic perfect fifth interval. Medium coherence produces a minor third. Low coherence produces a dissonant tritone. This provides audio feedback without requiring visual attention.

Observer Profile

Aggregates your session data into a persistent profile. Tracks: average HRV ℜ, total session count, lowest resting BPM, and daily streak. Your rank progresses through four tiers based on average coherence across all sessions.

IMHOTEP Group Sync

Visualizes the 12-node observer ring from the IMHOTEP Protocol. Your coherence (node 0 = "YOU") is broadcast to the ring. Connections form between nodes with similar coherence. The center displays N² collective bandwidth. "Broadcast Coherence" simulates a synchronization pulse.

Pharma-Bio Link

When bio-sync is active, running a Drug Discovery analysis appends a Bio-Sync Overlay with predicted changes to your HRV and BPM from the compound. This bridges the gap between molecular modeling and biological observer state.

Bio Mode

Switches the entire UI from cyberpunk (rose/violet) to a bioluminescent palette (ocean greens/cyans). Designed for meditation sessions where darker, organic colors reduce eye strain and promote parasympathetic activation.

Getting Started

1. Login with your .q identity (or test with researcher.q / resonance).
2. Go to the HRV Monitor tab.
3. Click Camera to start PPG extraction.
4. Click Microphone for breath monitoring.
5. Start the Guided Breathing coach.
6. Watch your Coherence Mandala respond.
7. Toggle Sonification for audio feedback.
8. Click Save Session to record your data.
9. Check your Observer Profile in the sidebar.

Toggle Expert Mode to unlock deep SPU resonance analytics and directed evolution loops.

  • Quantum Divergence (Δ): Measure the resonance shift between variants.
  • pLDDT Alignment: Cross-reference confidence scores across structural predictions.
